Terms of Use and Sale

These terms apply when you use guechar.com or buy from Guechar LLC ("GUECHAR", "we"), a Florida company. Guechar LLC is the seller of every order on GUECHAR.

Orders and pricing. Prices are in US dollars. Each listing shows one all-inclusive price for the shipping option and destination you choose, with shipping and estimated taxes and duties included. If a price is marked "estimated", we confirm it before you pay. If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Quotes. Sourcing and service requests are free. A quote is valid until the date shown on it. You pay only when you accept a quote.

Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or in your payment link. We never store card numbers.

Shipping and risk of loss. Delivery times are estimates. Duties and import taxes for your destination are included as estimates in your all-inclusive price. When no estimate exists yet, we confirm the price before you pay. We don't add charges after you pay.

Returns. Returns depend on how the item is supplied. See Returns.

Prohibited items. We don't sell or ship the items listed in Prohibited items.

Vehicles. GUECHAR helps you find and buy a vehicle in your name; we don't sell vehicles as a dealer.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
