Where we deliver: the USA, Canada, Haiti, and the Caribbean.

How items ship: each listing shows the shipping options available for your country (with transit times and tracking) and where the item ships from. Where it helps, you can also choose GUECHAR Florida consolidation: your items are received at our Florida hub, combined, and shipped to Haiti, the Caribbean, or Canada.

Delivery times: shown on each listing and at checkout as an estimate, including for Haiti and the Caribbean via our Florida hub. Special orders from overseas factories can take several weeks.

Price: you see one all-inclusive price for the shipping option and destination you choose: shipping and estimated taxes and duties are already included. Change the option or the destination and the price updates.

Duties and taxes: included in the price as an estimate. If the estimate for your country isn't available yet, the price is marked "estimated" and we confirm it before you pay. Duties, brokerage, and international shipping are usually not refundable.

Tracking: every order can be tracked at guechar.com/track with your order number and email or phone.
