Seller Terms

These terms apply to companies that list products or services on GUECHAR, operated by Guechar LLC (Florida). Guechar LLC is the seller of record to buyers.

Listing accuracy. You give us accurate product data, prices, minimums, stock, lead times, and shipping methods, and you tell us promptly about changes.

Images and content. You confirm you own or may license the photos and descriptions you send, and you grant GUECHAR the right to use them to list and promote your products.

Prohibited items. You may not list items in our Prohibited items list or items barred in the destination country.

Orders. We send purchase orders by API, data feed, portal, or email. You confirm or decline each order promptly and ship within the agreed time with tracking.

Shipping. You ship to US customers or to our Florida hub as agreed, and only confirmed shipping methods are offered to buyers.

Returns. Returns and RMAs follow the terms we agree with you in writing; until then, defective or wrong items are handled case by case.

Chargebacks and claims. We work with you on chargebacks, damage claims, and missing items using order and tracking records.

Tax forms. You provide a W-9 or W-8BEN-E as applicable.

Public profile. We never show your company name, logo, or contact details publicly. Your items are sold as "Sold by GUECHAR".

Termination. Either side may end listing at any time with written notice; open orders are completed under these terms.
