Why. To answer your requests, send quotes, process and deliver orders, handle returns, prevent fraud, and improve search.

Who processes it for us. Our website platform (Base44), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, and Kobara when available), our email provider, and WhatsApp when you message us there. We share delivery details with the partner company or carrier that ships your order. We don't sell your personal data.

How long we keep it. As long as needed for your orders and requests and for our legal and tax records.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data: contact us through the contact form. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in.
